Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Level III NICU experience required
• Previous neonatal nursing or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-acuity neonatal care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to NICU patients
• Monitor newborns with complex medical needs and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Support nursery coverage as needed while maintaining a strong focus on family-centered care
• Promote a calm, reassuring environment for infants and their families
