- Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 (Night Shift)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Unit & Staffing Profile
- Unit Capacity: 6 Beds (Level 2 NICU)
- Core Night Staffing: 2 NICU RNs and 1 on-site NNP (24/7 coverage); Neonatologist on call 24/7
- Ratios: 3:1 for feeder/growers; 1:1 for ventilated infants
- Equipment: Giraffe Omnibeds, STAR GE resuscitation for transport, Giraffe Shuttle transport
- EMR Systems: CPN and Meditech
Requirements & Qualifications
- Required: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care NICU RN experience, active BLS, active NRP, and demonstrated infant resuscitation experience.
- Preferred: Level 3 or 4 NICU experience, experience with Eat, Sleep, Console (NAS), and experience handling delivery room admissions and initial stabilizations.
