Job Description:
Seeking a NICU RN for night shifts. The role requires care for infants in a Level III Neonatal ICU.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to infants in a Level III NICU.
- Collaborate with a team of RNs, charge nurses, and respiratory therapists.
- Maintain patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4, depending on acuity.
Requirements:
- NRP certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years Level III NICU experience preferred.
- Stable and NIC-RNC certifications preferred.
