**Join Our Dynamic NICU Team as a Travel RN!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate NICU RN ready for an exciting opportunity? - Join a prestigious Level III Neonatal ICU with a 51-bed capacity and a team of 120 skilled professionals. - Enjoy a collaborative environment with: - 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, and 1:4 patient ratios - Dedicated support from Respiratory Therapists and Technicians - A friendly atmosphere that promotes growth and development **Qualifications:** - Must Have: - Minimum of 2 years of Level III NICU experience - NRP certification - Preferred Skills: - Additional certifications such as Stable and NIC-RNC - Experience with EMR systems, particularly Cerner **Working Environment:** - Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM - Every other weekend commitment - Floating opportunities in: - Pediatrics - PICU - Mother Baby (babies only) **Our Ideal Candidate:** - Detail-oriented and organized - Thrives in a supportive and engaging team environment **Dress Code:** - Navy blue scrubs required --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
