Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse position based in Asheville, North Carolina. The role involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients in a highly collaborative environment. The candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and standards.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts with 12-hour hours, minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 3 years of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Units, current certifications relevant to neonatal care as required, and must be located within 50 miles of Asheville, North Carolina.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with neonatal patients in a fast-paced environment, current BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications.
- Additional Information: The assignment includes a 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour shift. Orientation will be conducted on-site, and all staff are required to adhere to facility dress code and uniform guidelines. Kronos clock-in instructions will be provided upon arrival. Tobacco use is prohibited on all campus properties.
