**Join Our Dynamic NICU Team – Travel RN Opportunity!** **Job Description:** - Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Duration: 13 weeks - Unit: NICU **Why This Role Stands Out:** - Join a vibrant NICU team, providing specialized care to our tiniest patients. - Work in a fully equipped unit with flex beds from 21 to 37. - Collaborate with a dedicated staff of 60 healthcare professionals. **Unit Information:** - Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 - Equipment: Advanced NICU technology - EMR: Meditech and CPN **Who We're Looking For:** **Must-Have Skills:** - Minimum of 3 years of Level III NICU experience - Proficient in taking care of babies transitioning from Level I to Level III **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in delivery - Ability to float to Postpartum **Typical Procedures You'll Perform:** - Line placement - Intubations **Personality Traits for Success:** - Energetic and enthusiastic **Required Certifications:** - NRP **Additional Information:** - Weekend shifts: At least every other week - Dress Code: Purple scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
