Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neuro ICU – Tulsa, OK 74104
Start Date: September 8, 2026
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 06:45). Every other weekend required. Block scheduling available. 48-hour orientation provided.
Highlights:
- Work in a Certified Stroke Center and Neuro ICU with 2:1 patient ratios
- Gain experience with EVD management, ventilator management, and stroke management
- First-time travelers welcome with 2 years of experience preferred
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
- 13-week assignment with opportunities for block scheduling
- Two pre-approved time-off periods available
Requirements:
- Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience; 2 years preferred
- Experience with 2:1 patient ratios required
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Trauma Level II experience preferred
- Float required to other adult ICU units as needed
- Must reside outside 75-mile local radius
