**Join Our Dynamic Team as an MS/Tele RN!** - License pending acceptable; must finalize AK RN license application within 48 hours of signing. - Obtain AK RN license for auto offer. - **Assignment Length:** 13 Weeks - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Shift:** 3x12 Night Shift - **Years of Experience:** 1 - **First Timers Accepted:** Yes - **Certifications Required:** BLS - **Skills Required:** Per unit description - **On-call Requirement:** No - **Weekend Requirement:** Coverage may be more frequent than every other week, based on staffing needs. - **Floating:** May float within scope to meet facility needs. - **Block Schedule:** Not accommodated. - **Local Candidates:** Not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility. - **Pending License:** Accepted, but AK RN license must be in hand for auto offer. - **Request Time Off:** Time off considered individually upon offer; all requests must be included in submittal. - **Guaranteed Hours:** 60 hours per 2 weeks; traveler can be called off for one 12-hour shift per 2 weeks. **UNIT INFORMATION** - Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model utilized: For every patient, there is 1 bedside RN, 1 Virtual RN, and 1 CNA. - Patient Ratios: Bedside RN and CNA ratios of 1:6. - **Virtual Nurse Duties:** Assists with admissions, discharge education, care plans, CIWA, and follows up with MD, among other delegated tasks. - **Surgical Services Provided:** Colorectal, Urological, Gynecological, Vascular, EENT, Wound care. - **Medical Services Provided:** Cancer-related diagnoses, Lung disorders, Heart disease, Diabetes, Dementia, Substance Use Disorder. **FACILITY INFORMATION** - **Type of Facility:** Acute Hospital - **Recognition:** Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma, USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska - **Total Staffed Beds:** 407 - **Scrub Color:** Provided - **Charting System:** Epic - **Parking:** Free --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
