**Join Our Dynamic MS/Tele Nursing Team!** - **Assignment Length**: 13 Weeks - **Start Date**: ASAP - **Shift**: 3x12 Night Shift (19:00 - 07:30) - **Years of Experience Required**: 1 - **First Timers Accepted**: Yes - **Certifications Required**: BLS - **Skills Needed**: Per unit description - **On-call Requirement**: No - **Weekend Coverage**: May be more frequent than every other, based on staffing needs - **Floating**: Yes, may float to like units to meet facility needs - **Block Schedule**: No - **Local Candidates**: Not accepted (permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility) - **Pending License Accepted**: Yes, but must have AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer - **RTO Restrictions**: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal - **Guaranteed Hours**: 60 hours per 2 weeks; traveler can be called off for one 12-hour shift every two weeks **Unit Information**: - **Nursing Model**: Co-Care/Virtual Nursing - **Patient Ratios**: 1 Bedside RN and 1 CNA per 6 patients - **Virtual Nurse Role**: Assists with admissions, discharge education, care plans, and more, working remotely **Patient Population**: - **Surgical**: Colorectal, Urological, Gynecological, Vascular, EENT, Wound - **Medical**: Cancer-related diagnoses, Lung and Heart diseases, Diabetes, Dementia, Substance Use Disorder **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
