Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – Anchorage, AK 99508
Start Date: September 14, 2026
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), 13-week assignment. Weekend coverage required based on staffing needs. Guaranteed 60 hours per 2-week period. May float to similar units within scope as needed.

- Epic charting system with 34-bed unit caring for medical and surgical patients including colorectal, urological, gynecological, vascular, oncology, and cardiac diagnoses
- Telemetry monitoring with focus on dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Free parking and scrubs provided
Requirements:
- Active Alaska RN license in hand for immediate consideration (pending licenses accepted for screening; must complete application within 48 hours of signing)
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience with telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, rapid response/code teams, and oxygen administration
- Proficiency with Epic or similar charting systems
- Experience with 5-6 patient ratios preferred
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
