**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse in Postpartum Care!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in the postpartum unit. - Play a crucial role in evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. - Plan, implement, and document personalized nursing care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessment based on patient problems, physician diagnosis, and functional health framework. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to enhance patient wellness. - Manage the care of patients efficiently, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care. - Document care accurately according to established standards and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practice to improve care delivery and patient outcomes. - Provide patient-centered care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model. - Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 3+ years of Mother-Baby nursing experience is essential. - Strong skills in Labor and Delivery, OR, Postpartum, and Antepartum care. - Exceptional soft skills, particularly in caring for newborns. **Education:** - Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN). - Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required: - BLS (American Heart Association). - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program). - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - AWHONN-Advanced or C-EFM certification required in specific facilities. **Schedule:** - 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM - 3 x 12-hour shifts - Every other weekend commitment required - 3 out of 6 holidays required - No on-call or float requirements **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
