Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in a facility setting. This position involves providing care to adult patients in a 45-bed unit with a patient ratio of 6:1. The role is ideal for a healthcare professional who is ready to start as soon as possible and is seeking a temporary assignment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications. At least 1 year of experience in medical surgical nursing with telemetry. No specific degree or educational requirement specified. No minimum experience required beyond the 1-year standard.
- Preferred Qualifications: Wound care experience and proficiency with MEDHOST electronic medical records system.
- Additional Schedule Information: Block scheduling possible; RTO blackout dates from 12/24 to 12/25.
- Additional Information: Floating may be required. Candidates must have a permanent home address listed on their submission, and the SSN should be included on the tax tab of the candidate's profile. Travelers must be located more than 50 miles from the facility.
