Job Title: Registered Nurse – Advanced Wound Clinic

Department: Advanced Wound Clinic – Outpatient
Location: Main Hospital
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with Med/Surg experience
• Previous wound care experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong patient assessment and wound management skills
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Outpatient or clinic experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients receiving outpatient wound care services.
• Assess, monitor, and document wound conditions and patient progress.
• Perform wound care treatments according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with providers and the multidisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients and families on wound care and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure patient safety.
