Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor RN in Neenah, WI. This role involves providing high-quality patient care on a medical and surgical floor within a busy healthcare facility. The position offers 12-hour night shifts with a focus on adult patient care, including specialty areas such as COVID-19, pre- and post-cardiac catheterization, post-pacemaker care, and TR Bands. It is suitable for experienced RNs comfortable managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:5 to 6, working within a supportive team environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS certification, minimum 3+ years of RN experience, and 1 previous travel contract; EPIC charting experience within the last year, and flexibility to float within the facility across all ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric patients (rare), scrub colors in black, and experience with pre- and post-cardiac procedures, pacemakers, and TR bands
- Float: Float rotation may be required across all applicable facilities within skill set and within 60 miles
- Additional Information: This position begins on 09/08/2026 and ends on 12/05/2026. The role requires resilience, strong work ethic, and adaptability to manage change. The orientation includes 8 hours of unbillable GSA hours, with set hours guaranteed weekly, barring holidays when the unit may be closed. No on-call or callback responsibilities are associated with this role.
