Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) registered nurse position available in a healthcare facility located in a community-based setting. This role involves providing patient care in a telemetry-enabled environment, with a focus on ensuring patient safety and comfort during various shifts. The position requires effective communication and adherence to established clinical protocols.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Nursys license verification, professional drivers license or state ID, Ascension profile, two professional references, and an up-to-date resume.
- Preferred Qualifications: Telemetry background, at least two years of medical surgical experience, experience with EPIC electronic health record system, and previous travel nursing experience.
- Additional Information: The role may require floating onsite within skill set or to sites within approximately 40 miles if needed. Candidates should have a telemetry read background, be able to meet clinical standards, and comply with facility policies including restrictions on artificial or acrylic nails, which must be short (no longer than 1/4 inch).
