Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor Nurse in a healthcare facility located in an unspecified area. This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, telemetry, and psychiatric cases. The nurse will provide assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team. The role requires flexibility to float between units and adherence to the facilitys standards for patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current license/certificate verification; Healthcare Professional with a valid license; proficiency in Epic electronic medical record system within the last 12 months; at least 1 year of clinical experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Telemetry experience is preferred
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The unit is a shared space with Inpatient Rehabilitation, requiring flexibility to float between units. While not part of a regular call rotation, occasional on-call responsibilities may be assigned, with response expected within one hour. The assignment duration is from 09/07/2026 to 12/06/2026.
