Job Summary
Medical Surgical Orthopedic Floor Nurse Night Shift 09/20/2026 to 12/19/2026. This role involves providing comprehensive care to adult inpatients with orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and trauma conditions. The focus is on ensuring patient safety, zero-harm, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care. The position offers an opportunity to work on a dedicated adult medical-surgical unit utilizing surveillance and telemetry monitoring technologies, including Masimo systems.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights shift with 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Driver's License or State ID, applicable nursing license, flexible to start on 09/20/2026, and available through 12/19/2026, with 1+ year of minimum experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience on orthopedic or medical-surgical units, familiarity with telemetry and surveillance monitoring systems
- Additional Information: The unit features a 24-bed adult inpatient setting specializing in orthopedic, non-acute stroke, and trauma patients. It operates as an age-friendly, Level I NICHE facility, emphasizing patient-centered care, pain management, proactive rounding, and bedside hand-offs.
