This position involves providing specialized nursing care for patients with infectious diseases within a large hospital environment. The role is scheduled for night shifts, requiring a professional with a strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing practices.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; 1 year of hospital experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital setting with competency testing; or 2 years of hospital experience with no testing required. Competency test to be completed within 24 hours of submission, sent via email.
- Preferred Qualifications: Epic electronic health record experience mandatory.
- Additional Information: Position is a vacant role due to internal vacancy or leave coverage. Starting date is 09/21/2026 and the end date is 11/11/2026. The job requires candidates to be flexible with floating to other units if needed. Candidate must provide an up-to-date email address for competency testing. The role involves working within a hospital with a significant bed capacity and adhering to hospital dress code and scrub color policies.
