Seeking experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurses to provide age-specific, direct patient care in a hospital setting. Nurses will utilize the nursing process while maintaining high standards of patient care and assuming leadership and delegation responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct, age-specific nursing care
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Provide Med Surg and Telemetry nursing care
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
Administer medications and treatments
Delegate and coordinate care with other healthcare staff
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Follow applicable healthcare policies, standards, and regulations
Requirements:
Active RN license
BLS and ACLS required
PALS or ENPC required
Active de-escalation training required
Required certifications must be active before contract start or have a booked course at Clinical Orientation
Assignment Details:
13-week travel contract
6 openings
36 hours/week guaranteed
Night shifts / varied schedule
No on-call
EMR: CPSI/Evident
Holiday coverage not required
