Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

PCU / Med-Surg RN travel assignment:

- Unit: 29-bed PCU / Med-Surg
- Patient Ratios:
- Days: 1:4
- Nights: 1:6
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)
- Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday (EOH)
- On-Call: None
- Floating: Yes – to other Med-Surg units on a rotation if overstaffed
- Experience Required: Intermediate Care/PCU background with experience in:
- IVs
- Drains
- Ostomies
- Wound VACs
- NG tubes
- Foley catheters
- Electronic Health Records
- Drips: Heparin, Insulin (occasionally), Diltiazem, Amiodarone, Nitro
- Required Certification: BLS (ACLS preferred)
- Telemetry: Monitor techs watch telemetry; RNs are not required to interpret strips
- Orientation: 12 hours computer training + 12 hours unit shadowing
- Scrubs: Any color
- Local Radius Rule: Candidates living within 80 miles are paid at the local rate (client bill rate reduced by $8/hour)
- Additional Note: Previous employees must have been separated from the health system for at least 6 months before submission.
