🚨 Travel Med Surg RN | Iowa | 13-Week Contract
Join a supportive healthcare team caring for post-operative medical and surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
📍 Location: Iowa
🩺 Specialty: Medical-Surgical RN
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical RN experience
✅ At least 1 completed travel assignment required
✅ Active Iowa RN License or Compact License
✅ AHA BLS Certification
✅ NIHSS Certification
✅ EPIC experience preferred
Unit Highlights:
- General Medical/Surgical unit
- Care for post-operative patients requiring overnight hospitalization
- Floating required within the same specialty across local campuses
- EMR: EPIC
- First-time travelers are not accepted (minimum one completed travel contract required)
Submission Requirements:
- Driver's License
- Current Resume/Work History
- Skills Checklist (completed within the last year)
- Active RN License Verification
- Copies of required certifications
- One recent supervisory reference required at submission
- Must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility (Madison locals accepted at a reduced local rate)
- Cannot have been employed by UnityPoint Health within the past 12 months
