Med/Surg - Must be willing to float if needed.
Additional Information:
- Flu vaccine is required with no exceptions.
- We will not accept a traveler that has a permanent address within 100 miles of our hospital.
- No more than 3 days of RTO may be requested per 13-week contract.
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply.
