Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: No minimum experience required (previous nursing experience preferred).
- Education: ADN or ASN required (BSN preferred).
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state required.
- Certifications: Active BLS required.
- Charting: EPIC experience required.
Compliance & Facility Details
- Core Competencies: Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments, coordinate interdisciplinary care, delegate tasks appropriately, and participate in quality improvement activities (such as tracking patient falls, pressure ulcers, and CAUTIs).
