**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses: Med-Surg Unit - Nights!** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse for our Med-Surg Unit, specializing in adult geriatrics and pediatric patients! - **Shift Details:** - 12-hour Night Shifts - Flexibility to work other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed - Typical schedule of 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, plus up to 1 on-call shift/week - Maximum of two (2) Shift Call offs - **Unit Information:** - 20 bed medical surgical unit caring for both adults and pediatrics - Work in an environment with EXCELLENT Staffing Ratios: - Non-Covid: Typically 4:1, maximum 5:1 - Covid Patients: Typically 2:1, maximum 3:1 - **Qualifications:** - Required Certifications: - American Heart Association BLS - ACLS - PALS - Experience: - Minimum of three (3) years of med-surg experience - At least one (1) year of pediatric experience required - Must be comfortable with both adult and pediatric patients - **Additional Responsibilities:** - Assist in covering Flu Immunization clinics as needed - Potential for floating to other departments in which you are qualified - **Orientation:** - Orientation held on Mondays only - Compliance deadline is necessary to attend the next scheduled New Employee Orientation - **Holiday Coverage Required:** Yes **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
