Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

- Job Description: Registered Nurse for Med-Surg Unit (MSU) for adult geriatrics and pediatric patients. With EXCELLENT Staffing Ratios: typically 4:1, max 5:1.
- Required Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS. and PALS
- Experience: Three (3) years of med-surg experience, 1 year pediatric experience required, MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH BOTH ADULT AND PEDIATRIC PATIENTS.
- Setting: 20 bed medical surgical unit for adults and pediatrics
- Shift: 12 hour Night Shifts, but must be flexible to work other shifts, weekends and holidays, as needed.
- In addition to inpatient, may be assigned to help cover Flu Immunization clinics as needed.
- Travelers are expected to attend staff meetings.
Contract is for 36 hrs one week 48 hrs the next and so on.
48 hrs week pay is $3,150 pre taxed.
