Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse)

Pay Range: 2091.64 - 2196.22
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:45-7:15 (extra shifts may be available, manager will make schedule)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS required, NIHSS required for all RNs and LPNS, ACLS and PALS recommended but not required. Strong medsurg background due to variety of patients. Must have EPIC experience. No first-time travelers. Floating is required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population on the Medical/Surgical unit.
- Administer medications, including titrating drips, and monitor patient vitals.
- Manage ventilators such as Cpap, Bipap, and high flow oxygen as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members including RTs, aides, and other nurses.
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC and other systems.
- Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.
- Follow unit policies and participate in orientation and training sessions.
