Travel Med/Surg RN Unit: 21-bed Med/Surg Ratio: 1:5, occasionally 1:6 Certifications: BLS, ACLS & NIHSS Experience: Dysrhythmia/telemetry interpretation required Patient Population: CHF, COPD, DM, HTN, post-op ortho, lap chole Drips: No titration required; may manage Heparin Telemetry: Frequent; RNs must read their own strips Shift: Block scheduling may be accommodated Weekend: As needed Call: None Floating: None Scrubs: Any color EMR: EPIC Orientation: HR on Day 1 + EPIC training if needed Radius: 50-mile rule; unexpired driver's license required at submission License: Any licensing hits must be disclosed at submission
