- License: NC or Compact license required
- EMR: EPIC — recent experience required
- Floating: May be required within the hospital
- Local Rule: Must reside 40+ miles from the facility
- References: Required
- RTO: Must be included with submission
- Background: Any history must be disclosed before submission
- Return Policy: Previous staff must be gone for 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Compliance: Qualivis Cover Sheet + Nursys report required
- Important: License/certifications must be current and not expire during the contract.
