Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of acute or sub-acute nursing experience
- Facility listing requires a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Current, active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
- BLS – American Heart Association
- ACLS – American Heart Association
- TCAR (Trauma Care After Resuscitation) required within 6 months of hire
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required within 6 months of hire
- Must be currently licensed and able to practice in Arizona
