Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Recent Med/Surg experience required
- Experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting is preferred/required based on the specialty classification.
- Active state RN license required
- BLS/BCLS required
- Must be comfortable working night shifts
- Cerner EMR experience required/preferred
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Important Specialty Requirement
MED/SURG ONLY. Candidates should have recent, relevant Medical-Surgical nursing experience. This position is not being requested for other specialties.
