Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Experience in an acute care or medical-surgical hospital setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced adult med-surg environment
• Professional, team-oriented approach to patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes in status, and communicate appropriately with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Promote a positive patient experience through compassionate, attentive bedside care
