**Exciting Opportunity for Med-Surg RNs in Clyde, NC!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team at Haywood Regional Medical Center! - Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical - Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM - Guaranteed Weekly Hours: Flexible - Call Requirements: None - Weekend Float Requirement: Yes **Unit Information:** - Total Number of Beds: 39 - Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric - Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:4 - EHR System: Paragon **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - Minimum of 1 year experience - Strong clinical skills in Med-Surg - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** - Experience with common diagnoses such as: - Fractures (fx) - Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) - Hypertension (HTN) - Chest Pain (CP) - Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) - Infections (Inf) **Personality Fit:** - Compassionate, dedicated, and patient-centered - Proactive in communication and teamwork **Required Education:** - Current RN licensure **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Navy Blue for RNs, Grey for CNAs - Any unacceptable attire: Casual clothing, open-toed shoes **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
