**Exciting Opportunity for RN - Medical Surgical in Waycross, GA!** **Job Description:** - **Schedule:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - **Unit:** 2M - **Patient Care:** - 24 beds with a patient ratio of 1:6 - Unit Secretary on day shift - Patient Care Technicians with a ratio of 1:8 or 1:12 - **Equipment:** Standard hospital equipment - **Documentation System:** Meditech Expanse - **Staffing Requirements:** - Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees - Float to other Med Surg unit or float to ED to care for Med Surg holds or to ICU/PCU for Med Surg level patients - **Patient Experience:** - Engage in bedside shift reports and safety rounding - **Required Skills:** - Experience in caring for general Med Surg patients - **Certifications Required:** - BLS - **Dress Code:** - Navy blue uniform **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
