Job Description:
The RN in the Med Surg unit will primarily care for adult patients, with responsibilities including monitoring and assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare team members to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage adult patient care and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
- Float to ED/ICU for 1:1s as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
- Certifications Required: BLS, PALS
- Able to pass a fit test for facial hair compliance.
- License to submit required.
