### Join Our Team as a Nursing Home Registered Nurse! **Job Description:** **POSITION SUMMARY:** - Become an essential member of our nursing team and make a tangible impact on residents' lives! - Bring your passion for healthcare and commitment to excellence to assist with day-to-day nursing activities. **ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:** - Communicate promptly with physicians and families about significant changes in resident conditions. - Conduct thorough resident assessments to ensure comprehensive care. - Administer medications accurately while adhering to the 5 Rights of medication administration. - Perform wound care and assessments, providing the highest standard of care. - Collaborate with CNAs by assisting with call light responses. - Monitor residents for any changes in condition, ensuring timely interventions. - Lead on the floor by assessing situations and directing as needed. - Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator. - Maintain precise resident records with thorough and accurate charting. - Embrace additional duties as requested, showcasing your flexibility and dedication. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** - An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. - Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree in nursing preferred. - Must hold and maintain a valid Wisconsin Registered Nursing license. - Current CPR/BLS certification required. - 1+ years of related work experience preferred. - Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required. **SHIFT INFORMATION:** - Full Time mix shift with: - 7 Day shifts (6am-2pm) - 3 PM shifts (2pm-10pm) - Every other weekend on Day shift (6am-2pm) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
