**Join Our Team as an LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse - Nights!** **Job Description:** - Be a cornerstone of patient care by utilizing the Nursing Process according to the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. - Exhibit exceptional critical thinking and scientific judgment to ensure safe and effective delivery of care. - Lead with confidence by anticipating and planning for patient needs during your shift. - Maintain clinical competencies through continual education and professional development. - Delegate patient care priorities effectively based on the education and experience of your team. - Provide guidance and supervision to your assigned personnel to enhance patient care delivery. - Bring your expertise in managing patients with ventilators and tracheostomy experiences. - Make an impact in an LTAC hospital setting with your invaluable experience and dedication. **Qualifications:** - Current ACLS and BLS certifications (from the American Heart Association) required. - Vent/trach experience is a must. - Minimum of 1 year of LTAC experience in a hospital setting. - Valid Ohio RN or multi-state RN license is required. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
