RADIUS RULE: Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility. Local travelers will not be considered.
** Current,Unrestricted Colorado RN License Required**
No holiday request off/ will need to work holidays
Certs Required: BLS,
Patient Ratio: 1 to 5
Covid Vaccinations: required per State mandate
Experience: Long Term Care Patient experience required
