Job Summary:

Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher, active registered nurse (RN) licensure in Wisconsin, minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience, BLS certification prior to first shift, ACLS certification required prior to first shift.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hospital setting.
- Additional Information: The selected candidate will support clinical teams by providing direct supervision, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical expertise, and patient safety.
