Immerse yourself in a collaborative environment and make a meaningful impact in the lives of mothers and their newborns! **Position Highlights:** - **Contract Duration:** 13 Weeks - **Shift:** Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with alternating weekends - **Call Requirements:** No on-call duties - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 or 1:2 **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 32 - **Number of Staff:** 150 - **Staffing Structure:** - Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Co-Charge Nurse, RNs - Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Co-Charge Nurse, RNs - **Equipment Used:** Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, US - **EMR System:** Meditech **Qualifications:** - **Must Have Skills:** - EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, C-Section circulation - 2+ years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery - **Preferred Skills:** - Internal monitor placement competency - Previous HCA assignment/employment - Experience in a Level IV unit (high volume) **Procedures Performed on Unit:** - SVD, Cerclages, C-Sections, TOLAC **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - Team player with a positive attitude - Strong commitment to patient care **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Navy Blue - **Acceptable Attire:** Solid blue, black, or grey sweatshirts only - **Not Acceptable:** T-shirts **Unit Guidelines:** - Adhere to the attendance policy to maintain team efficiency **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
