Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery will provide care for patients in a 16-bed unit, delivering high-risk and immediate newborn care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care for laboring mothers and newborns
- Assist with high-risk deliveries and immediate newborn care
- Administer medications and monitor fetal and maternal status
- Document care using Cerner and Fetal ink EMR systems
Requirements:
- L&D experience of 2+ years
- High-risk experience
- Immediate newborn care experience
- NRP and BLS/ALS certifications
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
