Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse in en_US. This position involves providing specialized care to maternal and neonatal patients within the Labor and Delivery department. The role requires a skilled professional capable of delivering quality patient care during the childbirth process and postpartum period, adhering to hospital policies and clinical standards.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift with a total of 11.5 hours per shift and a minimum of 34.5 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program; New York State RN License; Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED); AHA Basic Life Support (BLS); AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certified; a minimum of 2 years of Maternal and Child experience; 2 years of IV Insertion and Phlebotomy experience; 2 years of Conscious Sedation experience.
