The Northeast Vermont location is seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a critical access hospital that features a 25-bed capacity. This position involves working in the labor and delivery unit, including postpartum and baby care, with the flexibility to float to other units as needed. The role offers an opportunity to work in a community that combines a peaceful lifestyle with outdoor recreational activities.
Job Details:
- Location: Newport, Vermont
- Specialty: Labor and Delivery Department (L&D)
- Schedule: Days shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Medical Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and at least 0 years of experience in the specialty or similar setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, or Newborn Care is preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: This position requires attending quarterly department education sessions. Immediate start dates are available, with the ability to join a supportive team in a community known for outdoor activities.
