Job Details:

  • Location: Sterling, Colorado
  • Schedule: Night shifts (12-hour shifts) with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact RN licensure; BLS certification is required; clinical experience in labor and delivery or OB nursing is preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing or higher; professional certification related to obstetric nursing; additional education or experience in maternal and neonatal care.
  • Additional Information: The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments of laboring patients, develop individualized care plans, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include documentation of patient progress, participation in patient education, and support of clinical research activities when applicable. The role may involve supervising staff and coordinating care across departments.
