Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. The position requires recent experience in high-risk labor and delivery settings, with a focus on patient safety and clinical expertise.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided, graduation from an accredited nursing program, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NNRP) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field, five (5) or more years of recent experience within the last two (2) years in Labor and Delivery, and high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years.
- Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in high-risk obstetric care and possess current ACLS certification. Experience in a high acuity environment is preferred to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
