**Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated NICU RN!** Job Description: - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with experience in Special Care Nursery and NICU? - Join a dynamic healthcare team focused on patient wellness and recovery! **Position Summary:** - The Registered Nurse provides and coordinates exceptional patient care through assessment, evaluation, and treatment. **Essential Functions:** - Conduct thorough assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within your scope of practice. - Educate patients based on their individual needs. - Transcribe and implement physician orders and protocols effectively. - Coordinate the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately to ancillary personnel. - Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives. **Education:** - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required. **Experience:** - Previous hospital experience preferred. **Credentials:** - Must hold a current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming in good standing with the Board of Nursing. - Current, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. - Current, valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required if performing circulating or recovery room for C-section. - Current, valid Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is needed for pediatric care. - Current, valid Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is mandatory. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Effective listening skills to understand patient and team needs. - Outstanding organization and time management capabilities. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Proficiency in learning new computer software programs. - Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality. **Shift Information:** - Rotating shifts available. - Holiday coverage required. **Minimum Years of Experience:** - 5 years of relevant experience. **Certifications / Requirements:** - ACLS - BLS/BCLS - PALS - NRP Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
