Job Description:

Registered Nurse required to work in Labor and Delivery with responsibilities including managing laboring mothers and postpartum care in a small rural hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage labor and delivery process, including antepartum/labor drips and postpartum medications.
• Provide care for Mom/Baby couplets and patients with common diagnoses >35 weeks in labor.
• Floating to MSP/ED as needed for additional support.
• Participate in neonatal ventilator management and other respiratory equipment troubleshooting.
• Act as a circulating nurse during C-section procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and delivery.
• Valid RN license required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP.
• Ability to titrate drips and manage common labor and postpartum medications.
• Ability to pass fit testing and comply with facial hair policies, if applicable.
