**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** - **Position:** Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Unit Type:** Acute Care Hospital - **Total Staffed Beds:** 320 - **Ratios:** 1:2 - **Years of Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years (May consider candidates with 1.5 years experience in exceptional cases) - **Weekend Requirement:** Open to working weekends, may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs - **On-Call Requirement:** No - **Certifications Required:** - ACLS - AWHONN Advanced - BCLS - NRP - **Local Radius:** 50 miles (Contact AM for local rate) - **Schedule:** Night 3x12 Hour Shifts (19:00 - 07:30) - **Floating Requirement:** Yes, to mother-baby unit - **Block Schedule Availability:** Per manager discretion; no guaranteed availability - **Parking:** Free parking available **Important Notes:** - **Hard Stop Requirements:** - AWHONN certification is mandatory - Must have expert experience and be able to perform sterile vaginal exams independently - Triage requirements also apply – do not screen or pass without meeting requirements - **Submitting RTO:** Must include Requests for Time Off at submission - **Guaranteed Hours:** Facility may call off once per bi-weekly pay period **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
