• Call: Required
• Weekend Coverage: Every 3rd weekend

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or compact RN license required at the time of submission; pending licenses are not accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of recent and continuous Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• NRP certification required
• Must be willing to obtain STABLE certification if not already certified
• Ability to respond to call within 1 hour if placed on call
• Epic experience preferred
• Must be able to provide two recent supervisory references
• Must be comfortable with a smoke-free work environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients
• Monitor patients throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery
• Respond promptly to call coverage needs as assigned
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support positive maternal and newborn outcomes
• Float to additional campuses as needed, including Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit workflows and clinical protocols
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced L&D environment
