Job Description:
Providing dedicated support and care for laboring patients in the Labor and Delivery department from 7:00PM to 7:00AM. Coordinate and assist with patients' birth plans while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to laboring patients.
- Promote and support patient choice and vaginal birth opportunities.
- Perform procedures such as circulating in OR and using the JADA system for post-partum hemorrhage.
Requirements:
- RN certification with ACLS, BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications.
- Experience with CPN and Meditech documentation systems.
- Weekend shift availability: 4 weekend shifts per month.
