What You'll Do
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions across the maternal-newborn continuum
- Manage patient acuity and clinical priorities with autonomy
- Advocate for and apply evidence-based practice standards
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver patient-centric outcomes
What You Bring
Required:
- Active NJ RN license (or multi-state compact license)
- ASN minimum (BSN preferred)
- 1+ year of L&D specialty experience (5 years preferred)
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP
- Advanced AWHONN or EFM certification
- BSN
- ACLS
